This was never intended to be a player face. It was requested after the first Sin Patty event. The face belongs to non player characters that feature prominently in the event zone.
I think the players that wanted the face have gotten it and have moved on. Removing it from the Mortuary seems reasonable at this point.
I look forward to adding more appropriate faces for men and women in the future :-)
