Thanks everyone! Luckily for me the stars align and I was able to do this.
Had it been thanksgiving I wouldnt be anywhere!

Got me a crafted str helm now and a str set !

Seems like the 66 adds the 1% crit 5hp 5 armor to any combo of vanity.

If all 3: 5% dodge, 15 armor , 55 hp , 1% crit.
If 61+56 : 5% dodge 10 armor 50 hp.
If 66+61 or 66+56 (only) 1%, 5hp, 5 armor.
