The first weekend the Sewers was out, I got a mages robe (don't remember which one) from Gold Fever...sold for 1.3 mil. and then I got a recipe from CatsPaw for a recurve which I sold to lonearcher for 700k....

In terms of money value?
For me it was a sanguine longbow which I sold for 1.2 mil.
Next up were several lilith and orlok items (shield, wand, bracer).
When talking useful though, its the shivering set.
When I ran my bird up in levels I noticed that no other item really gave better damage/protection etc. then a full shivering set until reaching lvl 45. Got a lot of mileage out of that stuff all the way from lvl 30...
Lvl 60 Glyph obedience xbow when nuris first came out. Made millions!!
Mine was when fang first came out In my first run I looted a 61 Lilith wand at crypt... Then later on that day I got Lilith robe and bracer total worth of about 5m LOL all in one day. Then not a single pink to this day. -_-
