luck elixir changes

So, with yet another change to the way the luck elixir works, will those who purhased them in the last week or so be getting a refund?

I could have sworn the elixir did X, but it clearly did Y, or there would be no changes.

I understand bugs, script slip ups, unintended weirdness...

But when I bought that slip up, I'd like to know you have my back.

My Comcast conection was interrupted by their mess up for 2 days and I got a free month. Wasn't necessary, the free month was excessive, but still appreciated.
