low lv farming

I was just wondering, and have a question about farming. If I have a lv 51 bird, and do runs in sewers, will I be more likely to get a 51 drop? Does my party lv matter?

I did the sewers thing and even if there was a higher lvl I'd get something my lvl but usually you'd get something the lvl of the highest lvl

I think now in the sewers, if you're L51, you're supposed to get L51 drops. Party level matters for mob difficulty and possibly trap difficulty.
