There is no real time for them to become available. The devs have the power to give away the yellow/blue/coal antenna just by waving at them. They usually show up just before or right after a patch within a town usually Forest Haven, but I have seen them in Balefort Sewers and Nuri's Hallows as well. As for some of the others colors, I know that the red, purple and coal colors were included in the deal of the day at one point so they may make their way back again. The red and the purple may not be available any other way, but the coal may make an apperance during the winter event again this year so I would hold off on purchasing that for the 20 plat.

You will have a better chance of waiting for the daily deal to snag an antenna. The devs have not been handing them out as frequent as they used to. There has not been as many 3rd party promotion such as facebook and the android event so there is no reason to hand them out.
