Better yet, make the pets cheap(ish) and the gems very pricey.
But, even just 1 pet being cheap would be nice I'm sure for those that aren't rich to get something for they aren't wasting time working hard at this event.

Uhhh when you go to old town very soon in there's a door, kill all the bad guys in there to add up points.
Tip: skip the ones glowing purple if you can't easily kill them. If you can afford it then try buying elixirs to kick butt harder lol
The amount of points you need per tier should be listed in this thread or the previous.
