    U can revive for free but without gear and with plats u get back ur gear?

    Nice new start! Ty sts. Besides considering 100% absolute death penalty of lose all gears, exp and level, there could be milder approaches, too, such as drop a gear by low chance, drop % or fixed small aamount of gold or exp, reduce stats for limited time... These are all possible and adjustable plots we can try until an acceptable balanced is reached as well as proper randomness is maintained for surprises. Ty again.

    I need to lvlup again...
    I can't stash...
    I can imagine myself quitting Al after dying cuz I don't have any plans...
    Way to go ..
    I am not taking such a risk..
    This is not hardcore....this is suicide and only accessible to heavy plat buyers...
    So.... No new content for me...

    sorry but i don't see any perks atm for players like me who are kids and can't put in too much money in a game.

    For hardcore mode you should add new vendors and maybe new tokens/new currency (silver) and use the tokens for specific pets or maybe armors, just so it wont be 100% Rng for drops and u can grind for the items u want, or add new chests for legendary gears/pets or even add new maps and add more pets to drop tables, just my opinion though.

    Or even add more craftable gear like for for certain lvls just stuff to grind towards so it's not all random for gear

    Hardcore mode?
    Is this new map difficulty?
    Why lose gears after death? Go back to level 1 is enough I guess
    No auction no stash no trade? This is OK if we can loot any types of gears/eggs from this new area ( legendary/mythic/arcane )
    Platinum to revive? That's kinda one-sided, I suggest you give use limited times to resurrect. Gold revive should be better but no stash.

    So it’s hardcore character... then if there’s plat to revive it obviously means we can’t delete our character once died to recreate it. But can we create more characters in hardcore mode or is it bound to one hardcore pg per account?

    So devs we are paying to revive right? so in my opinion you guys could add arcane eggs, hero egg and arcane weapons be able to drop or add them as achievement reward when completed on hardcore char since its totally bound to your char for those items. why drop these? since all our items are gone once die i think no one will invest or open lock with these chars so make these items dropable isnt that bad imo . At least this can attract players' interest. But make sure there is no bug in coding it could be really bad if normal player can get it just like hardcore char when farming on normal maps. Also make awakens on weps for hardcore char reroll with the use of gold.
    Keep for future content.
    (make a reboot server like maplestory where the in game currency literally can be farmed and buy all cash item/items with in game currency but this 100% wont give any profit to sts. Hmmm maybe add monthly membership fee to be able to play this server?)

    Its on a new character, u don't lose ur main character non-hardcore stuff , if u die u just waste the little time u played on ur NEW hardcore character.

    So pretty much start from scratch in hardcore mode where the risk is high, rewards are titles, and everything is untradable. I don't mind trying it if the redzones don't one hit even when you've stepped out of them. The system isn't too drastically different from what we're used to when AL first started. I guess overtime the average farmer has stopped using plat to revive because of ankh accumulation and its time to get back into putting quarters into the machine! Whatever keeps the game alive!

    Let's try it with reviving (after death) for (there is an example) 100k or more. It'll be a good gold sink and those non-plat players will be able to participate in the new hardcore mode for more times than only once. The other thing, don't make it a gold loot based zone or, if it's necessary, gold can be earned there, but can't have link or concatenation with the whole ARLOR gold amount.     Ofc by reviving for 100k I mean taking ARLOR gold (for a gold sink)

    I suggest either Consignment shop(just 1 spot, keep it controlled) or stash if there can be multiple Hc characters. Otherwise looting something not for your class will be frustrating and worthless. 5 stash spots.

    If gold at some point isnt the objective or there is isnt some sort of trade, the drive to keep playing and such wont be as high. Dont get me wrong, i can enjoy the zero trade thing, it does get a little iffy though when u think about opening locks and such( basically making 2/3 of most loot useless in crates doesnt seem like a draw to open them). Especially if you were to loot a useless item to your class, given there is no trade or stash.

    I would say if equip drops the same as Sc, than u need one or the other to balance it.

    Agreed. If I played a game for years, and farmed items for years to get where I am at just to be able to lose it all in a matter of seconds. Unless the reward is one HE'LL of a reward. It's a risk not worth taking.

    This may be a little on the off side, but considering this hardcore mode runs like typical maps.
    Why not place a set time limit required to complete the map in order to receive rewards or said achievements.
    Instead of having fixated death penalties why not randomize it? and have the penalties apply to every member currently running the map.
    These penalties can be like debuffs to make completing the map in time more difficult.
    For example.
    Player A dies. All players currently in the session/map get a -%damage/-%XP/etc debuffs?

    How about instead of 1 plat per death people will able to watch one video 30sec per death from your partners? Or any video from them(games, apps etc)

    So a character that cant trade? I dont see any point in that. ppl are farming all time to BUY certain gears and vanitys
    if trading is off in hm then what is the goal?? U get lv71 and theres nothing more u can do... or maybe staying in towns all day to show off a colored name?
    I dont see any fun in this unless ALL vanity and gears be dropable in hardcore mode. That would worth something to play
