I was wondering about this problem... especially in 1v1 PvP, guess it's up to players?

But it'd be nice to see [When it happens] Guilds putting out teams against each other in PvP where lvl differentials are minimal influence or handicap buffs to average out differences is implemented?

Guild PvP Team comps - if only... !

Twinks are chars that are levelled exclusively for max PvP potential and gear spec'd to the highest without going over the xp Level caps

The levels are/used to be 0-4, 5-9 but they are either changing or have changed to 10 difference to reduce partitions so enough players can play PvP... hence Twinks would be even more of a problem/temptation wiping lower lvl chars hence 4 grades becomes 2 (more players available but more powerful twinks at 9, 19).
