How cool would it be if you could actually hear what the NPCs are saying. Also some of the bosses could yell battle cries too! Maybe Pandar, Samhayne, Flip, and JohnStamosLives can be the voice actors

I think one of the devs stated that sound files took up a ton of room -- hence the no new boss sounds in Fang. Not sure they could fit any of that in.
Aliens talk in the alien oasis places. (all 3) They just say a bunch of death threats; "youre life ends now!" and have high semi-annoying voices. Also other enemies shout "hey!" Gurgox has a few words i believe, and he also roars! Adding more voices might be too muchSome of the NPC voices might end up even creepier...
