You're answer is NO to all the above. It's in the TOS that you're not to give or use someone else's email/password.
I wouldn't do that. You don't want to get banned yourself. This clearly breaks tos.
It has already been stated. TOS and even the warning you get before entering towns/games states to NOT give out account info. Might want to delete and lock this thread.
