For a new face you can go to the magic mirror found in towns. (For PL) You can go to Balefort, once you go into the castle make a right. Its should be there.
For SL you go to the Face-o-Matic located outside of Dynastar HQ.

I wouldn't buy stash slots since you get less of them than inventory. Inventory or a new character is always good, or a campaign on sale, or a vanity.

Different faces (in PL) give different stats, the best one is 10 plat for each class I believe. Save up 5 more.
