    Default Update - Halloween 'Forgotten' Vendor; Private Bookstore with Ale

    + The 'Forgotten' Halloween Vanity vendor now has a chance to spawn in Carpenter's Bookstore.
    + This vanity vendor sells BLUD Mafia gear, Toxic Blood-sucker, Black Street-wear and the full Moonshadow outfit bundle.
    + You can now go 'solo' into the Bookstore. Use the 'Glamour Ale' (sold by Nancy in town) to get your own Bookstore instance.
