A way to tell if friends away?

Hey, this may have been suggested before, but I haven't seen it suggested yet. I was thinking, maybe if someone hasn't been active for long if it could say something like "BUSY" or "AWAY" This would help to know why some friends aren't replying, or moving. I think maybe after, let's say, 5 minutes of not moving, messaging, or trading of some sort, a little thing could appear beside their name like this:
