Amulets

We haven't had a way to get amulets in a while and I see players having trouble completing 105 elite sets.

Maybe add the crafting components and amulets to level appropriate maps? l30s lost expedition, l60s mt fang, and l90s in oktal swamp maps.

Or maybe even make the "Hall of Amulets" map a permanent platinum map similar to underworld eruption, or nuri's funhouse for 2-3 platinum per run.

Agreed finding a 100 or 105 amulet has become next to impossible.
