How about a vendor that uses Ankhs as currency? Perhaps an item the vendor could 'sell' would be Class Loot Elixir, maybe for like 25 or 50 Ankhs. Could also maybe sell some loot chests or other elixirs.
It would be fairly useless in normal mode but probably fairly useful in hardcore mode.
