Hmm... not a problem for me...
What device are you on (and if android , what version).
I would try re downloading the app, and maybe even rebooting your phone. If that does not work, please email support(at)spacetimestudios(dot)com and replace the (at) and (dot) with @ and .

Try using wifi if you can. Also since that's pretty far from STS HQ, that may be the cause of the problem. I've seen many times that the further you are, the worse your ping is. I still think its all on your connection, but I may be wrong. Also how many app are running in the background? Do you have low memory?

I think my memory is not a problem.. i played PL here before smoothly without using wifi

This happened to me for several months. I finally deleted and reinstalled...then when I logged on it talked about "if you close app during patching and game no longer opens correctly, delete and reinstall. All data is store online." paraphrasing but ya...
Ah dang auoto-correct. I meant rebooted, the root could be the problem but I highly doubt it.
