Eh completely fair if u ask me, anybody can do it. There are ways to combat kiting but most people aren't good at fighting it so they complain.

thank you lowlyspy i just resently beat someone at 1v1 on my 35 mage and he complained it was because i ran, and i told him i only kited and he complained for quiet sometime then said he was quiting pvp bc of noobs like me lmao(:

There's nothing cheap about kiting or mana shield. Whatever skills & techniques it takes to win. Rushing is about the only thing that isn't really fair.
