one skill unusable

Found another bug.
When you have all 12skills mapped, there is one skill you can't use at all.
1,2,3,4 = most right line
5,6,7,8 = mid line
Then line at left, 9 and 0 makes two bottom skills then + shoots top skill on most left line. There is one skill what's not possible to use with keypad at all.
To be clear, see screenshot below. It shows which skill slot isnt usable.

That skill is '-'. From bottom to top, right to left, they are 1234567890-=

Oh right, i see. And also see where this problem comes from, It's made for US keyboard layout. However in EU keyboard standard '-' Is left side next to right shift. Thats why i didnt find it.
Took pic of my keyboard, it's in pretty hard place to use with this keyboard, but i anyways use skills on mouse.

Get a Razer Naga 17 button gaming mouse. You can map them all to your thumb, including getting your health/mana potions on a spot near your pointer finger. Very handy for some PvP ownage.
