I figured it out. During the AoA party Parth was handing out party hats. Flip decided to join, and not after long, Parth said "I gtg" and left. Almost immediately after parth left, flip left. This concludes that they are indeed the same person. He is using 2 devices at once, and the time gap between both of them leaving was him logging out on the second device. There's no other possible explanation.
