I was AWOL this weekend, need to fight nightarcher. Hoping to schedule it for tonight.

Yep, Round 3 starts tommorow, we will not be pausing due to the cap, although all fights are expected to be done in level 35 gear. Players are expected to be at least in a two level range of eachother.

Silent, I think it should be based on the level they are. Why should I have to miss out on new content because others haven't gotten around to it yet? If this rule stays, I'd like to drop out, please.

I don't recall saying that players could level up/enjoy the new content. I said that players are expected to fight in level 35 gear and be in at most a 2 level difference. I'm all up for you guys compromising and using level 40 gear or fighting when one of you guys are level 30 and the other 40.
