About the pet summon in new client

Hey, so i love the new client. Currently you cant summon a pet if your summond pet's AA is on cooldown. I understand why its like that becuase it can be abused etc, my sugguestion is letting us summon the pet but have the AA be on cooldown. Ex: i have a pet summoned and slotted with glow aa, and i use it. glow aa is 26 sec cooldown *i think* and i have a timur on quick slot that i can summon without the aa, just to get the happy bonus for bonus gold loot say in TR or something. Would be very nice, thank you

Edit: i also think it would be nice to use 1 slot insted of 2 for the pets swaping. Ex: i have chester summound and i have nekro on quick slot, when i summon nekro it would replace his slot with chester's
