+ The St. Patty's leaderboard Top 10 vanity items have been given a modest 'sparkle.'
+ St. Patty's leaderboard Top 10 vanity item names have changed to 'Gleaming Gold' to avoid confusion with looted items.
+ House furnishings can now be used if either the owner or their spouse is present.
+ Forming a party takes ownership of an existing party zone if there is no longer anyone present from the old party.

There were also many internal changes fixing things related to skill / ability targeting, so please report anything that doesn't seem to be working as expected to the bugs and tech forum.
