Aiming and Shooting

Since this event has started I have noticed that when I shot aim shot, nox bolt, or shadow storm. There's a 50/50 chance it will not hit the closest target to me. Instead it goes across the screen to some random enemy. The target order should be closets to farthest. Also powers should not target boxes only enemies or bosses. Things that actually take damage. We can use weapons to open boxes...
