Just make a brand new apple account. Sign out of your parents account and into yours, you will be able to update/install it. If your parents ask what happened, just say idk maybe it logs out every now and then.


(The update was also just minor bug fixes, and some major IOS 3&5 crashing errors fixed).

You really shouldn't be telling minors how to circumvent their parents restrictions and encouraging them to lie about it on top of that. Hope this thread gets deleted.

Not your job to determine who should and should not allow their children to access the internet. It's your job to set a good example. If we all had your attitude the internet would be one large 4chan.

Why not just ask your parents to put in the password & explain its just to update or have them do the update.
Just be honest, it's not a big deal. Deceiving your own parents is VERY bad advice.

And I've been avoiding 4chan ever since it began existence. Not a fan. Pretty much everything wrong with the internet began with people who frequent the site.
