Where can I find the quest??? Ive ran all over and havent found it!! I finished the first snow wing quest. I swear Im going to lose my mind. Please leave a specific place not just "Forest Haven" cause Ive looked there. Is it even a quest item??😱😱😱

same here, i dunno which npc to talk to start the quest, i already did the snowflake wing quest but dunno where is the xmas tree hat is
You get it on the second level of the winter campaign! Toy man level, you receive the quest and you have to defeat him to complete the quest

Go to host game and after u beat the first one where you have to free 10 elves go ahead and host games and youll see the second part to it. Make and the quest will be right there.
