Guild mate banned for no reason
Hello STS team I just want to ask you why my guildmate BLUCEAN was banned.
She did not commit any crime against the TOS and she did not get any
notification about the ban and the reason for it.
I am writing this on her behalf because he has no account in the forum.
Please help my guildmate. Thank you.

This must be a mistake. Blu is not someone who would do anything wrong. She has been playing years and a good guildmate. I've just seen this and find it hard to believe.
