Am i the only one that is grinding arena so hard, but still hasn't found the challenger?

There has to be some tricks for that right?

After searching for it for Months without any luck i finally found him twice in a week while i was hunting eggs during the Arlorian Egg Hunt event. Its super rare but always seems to pop up when you least expect it. Good luck !
