Take a break instead.
Keep your stuff that you use. Give yourself some time. It is possible that breaking with the game is better for your mental and physical health. It is also possible that this is a passing thing. You will not know until you give it some time.
If after some time, you discover you have filled your life with other things, then of course, make your decisions.
