I was confused by this also, had 9 and 10 year old running around in SL, though they could be chatting to 40+ year old's seems a bit off to me (though 13+ is prob not the best either, though guess it's inevitable, ah well seems STS have changed it in the App and Market stores but not the ToS. Was going to bring it up, but didn't end up sending the PM.
