So we go from Numa Prime where nobody knows what the Guardian is, to Volaria's full on Scourge Invasion and at least one boss that looks like a beefed up version of the Guardian.

So does this mean that it's just the locals that didn't recognize the Scourge's toys, the Guardian was something that had been on the planet for ages and just now woke up, or are we at the point in history where the scourge are only just now really hitting the scene?
