Rose Wand Requirements

I noticed a lot of plat and holiday level ten items do not have stat requirements, but the Valentines Day Rose Wand still requires 37 Intelligence. Is it possible to get this removed?

I'm sure they'll change the requirement when they sell it again this Valentine's day for 50 plat.

I'm sure they'll change the requirement when they sell it again this Valentine's day for 50 plat.

And then when they release the founders helm for 2000 plat it'll give us something else to look forward to
