Ok this im still not sure. It says with dragon bless buff or something like that it gives 15% luck not 10 , whats the buff do u get it like random or what . Can some.one explain xv

if you slot a dragon happiness bonus like symia, onconi, hisha, misha and when the hisha luck aa is used you will get 15% luck instead of just 10%,

Same goes for any ally who also has a Dragon Hb (note the orignal drags frost etc or nekro/magma dont count)
