Firstly, you need google chrome. You can download it at www.google.com/chrome
Secondly, launch and type in "google chrome store". From here, search for Pocket Legends or star legends depending on what game you want to play.
Thirdly, click on it and then install when the box comes up. It will install.
Open up a new tab and you will see a thumbnail of the pocket legends shield. Click on that and it will launch pocket legends or star legends on your browser. It may take 5-10 mins to load up.
Alternately, you can visit on chrome account.spacetimestudios/(game).com
