If your looking for affordability, then I would go with a L25 int crystalline set.

Sadly.. They never made a L25 winter festival item this year, so if you are willing to shell out about 3-4mil for a pink L25 winter festival wand from 2010 with slightly better stats than a crystalline wand.. Go for it

Crystalline these days is constantly changing, but I know someone with a set that they may sell/give to you. I'll hit them up with a Pm and get back to you asap.
