I bought plat for the first time about an hour or two ago. But it hasn't shown up? O.o is it hiding or something. My iTunes balance went from 20.00 to 9.41. I bought 10.00 worth so I'm pretty confused

Tax on plat too. Grrr it was an even twenty in one acc. Ten for bro and ten for me. He gunna b mad. But we can just get another iTunes card. I wanna kno where my plat is tho. And yes I emailed support
There isn't tax buying via market for Android. I've seen several people say it takes several hours up to days to receive plat.

When you buy plat through iOS, you're taxed.
Buying it might take some time, it always depends on the way you buy it. The time it takes to receive platinum differs with each way you buy it. Buying it through the official STS website is the safest and fastest, or some would say it is.
You'll receive your plat either way. If you don't receive it in a time period of 24hrs, contact STS support.

Of all the plat I've purchased, only once did it not show up instantly. Support was very prompt, apologetic and helpful.
Sometimes there's a hiccup is all.
Actually FPW, iOS does tax. On other plat purchases, such as android, it would be $10 even.
I bought $20 plat last time, my friend did the same, and I payed $20 even while he payed $21.something.

The tax amount also varies on what state you're in when anything is purchased through the app store.
For example, tax in Hawai'i is 4.712 percent, so a $10 plat purchase would come out to $10.46 with tax, leaving $9.54 on a $20 iTunes card.

Arrgg Happend to me as well. Bought $50 itunes(alrdy had $5 on acc) went to buy plat. The money got deducted. But nvr got the plat. Me and sam messaged STS bunch of times. Never got a single response. I wouldnt get any hopes up of gettin ur plat back. the devs are ignoreing us. If You do get plat back, message me and ill have to send another 10029273719283 messages to devs sayin Plmafiaboss got his plat. So where the hell is mine!
