Stormy seas quest can't be completed

I am playing hardcore character and unable to complete stormy seas quest. I defeated bloodhummer but it is still uncompleted.
I even tried to recreate character and start quest line from scratch but still the same.

Does anyone else face the same?

Ok, I got through it finally. Not sure what exactly of the following helped:

- I completed some annoying beastmasters quests but not all of them
- killed bloodhummer close to the middle of the ship deck (previously I did it in far left corner)
