Keyboard issues in Pocket Legends

Just yesterday (December 28th, 2011) at about 4:45 a.m. CST, the keyboard in my Pocket Legends app messed up.
At first when I would try to chat, the keyboard wouldn't "collapse", it just stayed on the screen. I decided to log out, then to log back in. This time around, my keyboard wouldn't even show. I took a screenshot of it so I could tweet it to the Pocket Legends twitter. I asked if anyone else had been experiencing this issue, they replied with none that they could remember.

As you'll notice, it completely did away with everything on the screen except the auto attack, my potions, and the virtual joystick. I wasn't able to access any of these until I collapsed the non-existent keyboard.

The keyboard on my iPod in any other app was working just fine. I did restart my device and the keyboard fixed itself. I haven't had this issue again, but I'm doing as I was told: to post here so the devs can see. If it's any relevance, my character's name is Hardcoure and is a L66 mage.

If anyone else has been experiencing this, I do empathize with you. This halted my farming with a wonderful party for about thirty minutes, probably a little longer.

This was reported by someone while ago, couldn't find thread now. Also had this issue once on my iPhone, if it comes again go to home screen, double tap home button and close PL and start again and it's gone. Won't need to restart whole device.

this happened yesterday whilst i was in pvp...i basically got owned..but i re installed pl :/

This happened to me today on the iphone 4s, It worked after I did what "Darkfader" said, killing the app and restarting the app, no need to re-install.

Yes, I did the same. It worked like a charm. Hopefully no one else has this issue. It's such a pain.

I had this problem once, but I encountered another issue with the keyboard. My keyboard was jammed, so even if I wasn't typing in the chat the keyboard was still on the screen. No matter how many times I clicked the button (on the iPad) to pull the keyboard down it was stuck

I posted this before!! Still happens about 3-4 times a week for me. Playing about 3 hours a day. Please fix!!!

And this always happens to me in pvp. Keyboard stuck up, cant hit my skills, and no way to tell opponent to stop. =death

the issue i had involved the letters not showing up when i typed, i did exact solution

If you are playing on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you should do what Darkfader said to do. It worked for me!

Hopefully, it will for you too.

Just saw you posted on here! Whoa, you're an Ambassador of Alterra?! Grats man! I'm pretty sure we're friends in game.

Haha, uh nope not that I remember. Well, grats again! Also, we aren't guildies any more. I moved on to Legends well, Hardcoure did. My other mage is still in the guild though

EDIT: definitely not in Legends anymore.
