The support team is on holiday crew until Jan 2nd, so response times are up quite a bit for non emergency type issues.

As to your rename, I'm sorry to tell you but unless the rename is because of a rule violation, we won't change it. You need to use the ingame rename functionality that is 50 Platinum.
