I would want to boost nebula, people just dont really know the awesomeness of that skill and if it was boosted people would see the awesome coolness of nebula

i agree with rawrmafish, singularity need this skill as it has a one sec delay, enough for opponent to retreat, and nebular than is self explanatry, in pvp ops try to stay as far from u as possible so it is basically useless
