I use the red elf face (cause the red matches my name... lol)

And I am also curious as to the best ring for a pure int mage.

I'm pure int...I have the tattooed face it adds int m/s dmg and armor...as for the ring I use fine crystal ring of bravery for m/s dmg and dps but depending on what I'm doing (pve/pvp) I'll use a ring with more armor.

Edit: I'm a wand mage with vanities also, so those help.

    Well, here's what I say:
Fashionwise, the best face is your decision.
You like Tatoos? Go ahead. You like Goth? Go ahead.
Okay, as for the ring for a Pure INT it depends on whether you are a Staff or Wand Set.
For the ring, it is ultimately your choice on which stat suits you best.
However, for recommendation, stick with what the sets give.
In general, you would need a ring with INT and M/S Regen.
For staff set Pure INT, I suggest any ring with DPS, Crit, or INT damage on it to fully improve the "nuking potential".
For wand set Pure INT, I suggest any ring with Crit, Armor, M/S, INT, and Hit.
That's about all that I can think of.
I honestly do not believe in rings, and don't use them at all.
But, it's your choice in the end. Also, the more Plat-expensive rings are the better ones.
Same with the faces. *hint hint*

I use the two rings in the screenshot below. I think it's important to have your crit as high as possible (especially with the new sets), so I went with the +2% crit rings.

The one I use for PvE, is usually the 4 armor one (see screenshot below).

For PvP I mostly use the 4dmg ring, since it also gives you an extra 2m/s, on top of the crit and dmg (see screenshot below again).

Edit: the image seems cut off :/ anyway, stats for the ring in the screenshot above are: +2% crit, +2 m/s, +4 dmg

For the face, as said here already, the 'fierce' face is probably the best one, although I don't use it cause I don't like the look LOL

    I use dex rings.

That one for a staff set,

That one for wands. I use goth as it provides the most armor. My build is having as much/more armor than pal's without sacrificing damage and accuracy

Guys, don't worry about the faces, it's just a tiny boost. Pick which ever one suits you the most.

Personally, for PvP, I think pure int is better. The dmg increase from the 67 points more in int, outweighs the armor increase IMO. But yeah, it's probably all personal preference

Well Jay, it depends with every update.
In Sewer Age, Dex Mages owned.
In Nuri Age, the update was too short to even find the PvP Factor.
In Mount Era, we found out that Pure INT Wand was more OP than everything else.

I agree with that. I had (and still have) a int/dex mage when I was 55, and it was extremely strong. Especially when buffed it did more dmg as compared to pure int. I was talking about the current level cap

A good series of rings are the best thing to compliment your character with.
Usually you can do one of two things with rings. Either maximize your strenghts or minimize your weakness.
Wanders really have to weakness, so adding to regenertion, damage, or armor is a great thing. Dodge as well.

Thanks guys! I'll just stick with the face I have now and the 5 plat ring I got. But if I do enough tapjoy offers in the future, I'll make sure to get the better.
