A question to Cinco about a winterfest drop

I wanna know if the new sweater that the NPC is wearing is droppable and if it is what boss drops it since it hasnt been mentioned in the Announcment thread.And the swrater is really intresting since it has a deer instead of a tree. Even if it isnt a drop now I think you guys should add it to hype things up as it would surely make me stay up all night (:
