Warrior or Paladin

I have had some trouble deciding on which one to choose.
For Warrior, I'm planning to have most of my stats on Dex and some on Strength. I like ranged weapon which is why I'm going to focus on Dex.
However, if I'm going to be a Paladin, I have to focus my stats on Strength so I can have no ranged weapons. Is it still OK if I have no ranged weapons? If you have a ranged weapon is it like when you were under level 13 where you could run around and keep shooting without taking damage? Or is it harder to do that when you start levelling up?

Unless you are power leveling, I would go with a DEX bear, and DEX only, no STR is needed. This seems to be the clear powerhouse when comparing DPS and durability vs any class.
While Paladins are great, they have little to no gear until higher levels that provide M/S, so you may find yourself spamming a ton of mana pots. Also Paladins are melee, being STR based and all.
