Overly annoyed...

I'm pretty dang mad at this lv65 who booted my 21 right before boss. He also booted 3 other 21s.
When I ask him why on my main, he's like, "Gotta contribute"
Is he blind? I used over 20 HP/Mana Pots.
And then he boots my main.
Apparently this guy is level 65 with only 7k kills, and he's a bird>.<
My level 40 bird has more kills than this kid.
The funny part was that he had the 500 Plat helm on.
Not gonna mention which guild he's in. Would totally get him kicked lol.

I ask him why he booted my main. And I get "thrashers son".
Yay. I have to pot 4x combo in SSC now?
Excuses.
Here's some advice.
If you see a high level with barely any kills, (I'm not being biased or anything), they're obviously not doing something right.

i've had this happen to me in SL too. I joined a 1/3 done stage, caught up, and then got booted when the boss was almost dead "no help no loot." i was the only engi, so i guess he wanted my "unhelpful" heals to save some stims before he booted me. idk if he though i could "take the good gear" bc its all random anyway. i told him he was one of the rudest people i ever played with and then he met the other inconsiderate people on my ignore list. not worth getting stressed over, i say just be the bigger person as much as you can

It suck, I know. My main (bear) was booted twice 2 days ago right before the boss with ecuse "full" after I had already asked each host if it was "full" before I left the spawn rooms. Happens to the best of us.... unfortunately.

So a L65 makes a game in SSC then boots the four L21s just before boss. It has nothing to do with the 4 L21s. He was planning to do the boss solo from the start. He used you to help clear faster. Maybe the devs won't do anything about it, but you can ask. If the game log shows it, maybe they'll ban him for a few days.

Like snake said, go ahead and tell the devs. I always report when people boot at the boss whether it's me they boot or another member of the party. It's a pet peeve I have.

I don't want to have this guy banned. The last thing that I want to do, in fact, is get him banned.
It's just funny watching him boot and looking at his character page.
I obviously do know that 4 level 21s with a 65 is pretty much leeching, since we do horrible damage compared to him.
Maybe this should get locked before anything too crazy happens.

This happened to YYZbirdy(21) recently as well. Here's what I did to counteract one persons poor behavior. I grabbed my 62 mage and hosted a bunch of runs for the twinks that were getting the boot. As a matter of fact, that is my mission tonight. Grab your twinks, look for yyzmage, no boots ever!

I agree it is a dreadful way to act. I often start a game in ssc and I don't mind who joins me. If I did I would pw the game. To me it sounds like someone who is jealous you might have got a lev 21 drop compared to his lev 25 drop. Incredibly childish behaviour. I seriously hope I don't know them. But I would have a quiet word with the gm of their guild. I am sure they would prefer it brought to their attention if he is behaving this way and representing their guild. I know we would prefer to know.

Hmmm... I'm seeing this from a different perspective. 4 level 21s join a lv 65 made SSC game. Why?? With the intention of leeching. They weren't helping clear faster. This person probably booted at the boss because he was tired of the constant leechers joining. Maybe it was his way of sticking it to them by wasting their time. If I was a guild master, and someone complained to me about one of my guild members doing that, I'd say "good. STOP LEECHING". And why in the world does anyone think this would even come close to being a ban-able offense?? The host booted. The host can boot for any reason they want. Sadly, some take advantage of this fact, but it's the way it is.

To the other point made in the OP. When does # of kills make you a noob?? I had my 21 bear for months. When they decided to lower the xp, I ran him up to 66. That made my 3rd 66. I just hit 6k kills. Am I a noob?? Am I a great bear?? Nope. Am I a scatter bear?? Nope. In fact, I've had the host boot other bears that joined, because they didn't want another bear.

I think devs should make a booting reason report button because some people can boot and say some bad words and you can't do anything about it and yes it happened to me, for those idiots who boot people saying srry or full or even just saying letters just make a game and put a PASSWORD so no one can join it beside your friends .

Use /report <name> bad language

You can see their name from the boot msg or from your chat log. They do not have to be clickable or tappable.
