Red Beard McGreg bug

Well sorry that I didn't get a picture for you guys, I couldn't because I was playing on my phone. Anyway I decided to help one of my guild members level up. So me and another level 40 person went to Red Sun Pirates campaign to help out. It was the mission were you fight Red Beard McGreg for the first time and he escapes. Well this time he didn't, we did so much damage to him that he just died I guess. The doors didn't open to, so were were forced to skip the mission. I really wish I got a picture of that

I always wondered if you could kill him. Lol you aren't supposed to be able to, because that makes a time paradox for the later level where you fight him to the death. The simple solution would be to just spare his life. Lol his death is not important to move forward on that stage. Kudos on destroying his cowardly hide anyway.

more than likely nothing would drop cause the enemy wasn't programmed to do so.

I did this when we were farming for red jetpacks as well.. no drop.

tested it and it did infact give a drop, just like redbeard would in zone 5

That's weird, I coulda sworn I didn't get one. Maybe sometimes ya do and sometimes ya don't since it was never planned for him to die lol

It does, but, the item itself doesn't matter. What matters is that he doesn't die which doesn't stick with the 'story' or the 'lore' of Redsun. So, we must stop him from dying!

Whoa its just like the Diamond Weapon fight glitch in Final Fantasy 7, he isnt supposed to die either but you can kill him and the game freezes when u do :P
