This is a two-handed weapon that will increase your HP by 1 per second. It is one of the most powerful weapons in the game. There is a walkthrough on how to get this. Let me know if you have any questions.

It is most commonly found in Mt. Fang, but you can get a lower-level one in Nuri's Hollws. I've heard rumors that it is located in Alien Oasis III, but I would stick with Mt. Fang and the "three Emmas" walkthrough to get it.
