a fix for lvl 1's to access the stash

it was for all levels untill people remade accounts to hoard blue and red pots then sell them. now its for lvl 4+. What i mean for my suggestion is if cutting off the stash is that important, make stashing red and blue pots pointless by charging 5-10 plat to permanently access it under level 4. This wouldn't effect any other levels.

Yeah I know everyone used to be able to use it and I strongly disagreed when they changed that but I will not pay plat for what used to be for all players.

They could just put a so many quest minimum on the so the twinks could compleated the quest and then stash. I dont know If this has been mentioned before but this could solve the problem. Who would do let's say 7-10 quests for a few pots...

Its not fair to make players pay to access items they own, even though this idea COULD work.

ah, but you came back covered in mud, a state in which you are simply not allowed to walk around the house in... you need to clean up first!

this was the original way the stash worked. except not 7-10 quests.
