Idea: Guild Announcement Terminal In Guild Hall

Hi. Before I get reamed I tried to find if this was posted somewhere already by someone else but couldn't find anything.

I have an idea for an announcement terminal in guildhall. GM and officers can post, GM can delete. This can be a place for guild rules, guild events, basically anything the higher ups in a guild want the guild to know, and the guild can check as they come on to play. Saving all the time of waiting for people to come on to tell them, or passing messages that may not get relayed properly.

This will surely help as not all members of a guild are on forums

and since nobody is in game 24/7 so this will be a solution to widen in-game socialization
