There was no intentions of malice. Just seeing what the community would implement if they were in the positions of devs. Ideas, like Hjable's slow attack speed armor would be hard to implement but would be a great way to revolutionize the game with item passives. A armor that gives a percentage of Attack Speed would revolutionize the way PvP works.
