to devs: 1,3,6 months veterans vanity

Just wondering it would be cool if you could and some flames or sparkling (like when we equip set items) when all 3 items are worn!

When the veteran gear came out, I was surprised when I got the 3 pieces, and there wasn't a set bonus. If they made a year weapon, that could make set.
